Tax-Free Deferrable Income

one year and one day all available income would be subject to Capital Gains treatment,
which is much lower than ordinary income rates.

Secure Money
Everything in residential real estate is in writing, and all monies are secured in Trust Accounts
at major banks - never co-mingled with company funds. Each transaction is processed by a
licensed Title Company, where future conversion sales are also filed in escrow.
In our rent-to-own process, homes are purchased after renters have signed Pre-Lease Agreements
(exclusive to this program), paid Security Deposits and their first month's rent.
This may be the safest rental program in residential real estate, partly because
MANY of the homes are relatively new, thus avoiding most of the maintenance issues associated
with older properties. Professional Property Management is also included to assure
that this is truly a passive investment.
